4Basic information

Start with the essential business and contact details we need to identify your business and reach the right person.

Business name is required.
Contact person is required.
Valid email is required.
Enter a valid number (E.164 like +2305xxxxxxx, or local MU 5xxxxxxx).
You will verify this number by OTP in the next step.

5Mobile verification

Verify your mobile number to continue onboarding.

A one-time code is sent automatically when this step loads.
Enter OTP and click Continue. Verification is done automatically.
Mobile number must be OTP verified.

6Business profile

Tell us about your services and where customers can find you.

District is required.
Description is optional.
Address is required.
Click on the map to set the business pin.
Use this if your business has multiple branches. Primary location is the map above.

7Working hours

Set your weekly availability so the onboarding team can create an accurate booking setup from your submitted schedule.

Open at least one day and provide a start and end time.

8Media and business operations

Add the media and operational details needed to publish your profile cleanly without asking you for more information later.

Upload at least 3 photos (logo, workspace, services). Max 10 photos, 10MB each.
Please upload at least 3 photos.
Select at least one payment method.
Select a cancellation policy.

9Payment details

Add one or both payout channels where Reserve payouts should be sent for your approved bookings.

Valid MCB account number is required.
Valid Juice mobile number is required.
Please provide at least one payout channel (MCB or Juice).

✓Review and submit

Review the details below. When you submit, the full onboarding package is stored for internal review and partner creation.

We’ll collect this at the last step so it doesn’t block earlier onboarding.
Valid BRN is required (example: C12345678).
